Appreciated the location by the sea. Explored Canoe Lake Park, that is located at a medium distance from the hotel. The room was reasonably large with large bathroom, had essentials required.

Had really really nice stay of several nights. The property's location was particularly good, in residential area of Southsea. Further, it was very close to bars restaurants, the historic centre, and main attractions.

Possibly the best and really enjoyable stay of several nights. Stylish and high quality room, comfortable bed and pillows. Location just next door to Southsea seafront, major attractions and restaurants. Lots of food options approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue. Lots of food in the hotel, in-house restaurant. Honestly nothing to complain about.

the jolly sailor, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. lovely base for a vacation in portsmouth! bedroom was lovely. easy access to southampton airport, within 19 miles.
