Everything was good, however we stayed for 1 night only. It was just next door to the beach & sea, so peaceful and Southsea and Portsmouth, marvellous location overall. A cool bonus was Cafe Modern One, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

The venue is stylish, with well presented food and excellent location in a quiet part of Southsea yet close to the seafront. The rooms are high standard with exceptionally comfortable beds, and the staff are very welcoming. Great to have an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron.

The venue was lovely little and intimate, I liked the stay and the location was magnificent short walk to the lively centre of southsea, Southsea Common and the sea and Gunwharf Quays and Spinnaker Tower. All of the staff was smart and excellent. I was upgraded to well-appointed and brand-new standard queen room with an unusual style. Everything was fantastic. The service was good during my stay. What's more, there's parking on street.
